"This a wonderful gem, tucked away in the mountains with wonderful views down to the ocean. The infinity pools have been thoughtfully located to take advantage of the scenery of the valley flowing to the sea. The location is wonderfully quiet and tranquil. There are some nice trails connected to the hotel as well. But the best part is the staff, who really welcome you and take care of you. I can't say enough about that, which includes the excellent food. Highly recommended."

"The staff at Royalton Grenada are the true gems of this hotel. I wasn’t impressed at all by the food at the buffet. It lacked taste and this is ironic seeing we were in spice island. Also there are no elevator services in this hotel so if you’re planning to go and you have knee problems I would suggest looking elsewhere. The entertainment wasn’t that bad most nights. Every staff member I came in contact with were amazingly friendly and polite. I would like also to make mention of ms Alena who made my room feel like heaven every day. A gentle and humble soul she is. The ladies and gents at the front desk were so helpful and welcoming every time we needed help. The wait staff in the buffet and the ladies in the cafe lounge were always friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to meet our needs. God bless and keep these lovely people always. Overall our stay was made comfortable by an incredible group of employees."

We almost didn’t leave the resort lol! Can’t say enough about this hotel and staff! Thanks for taking great care of us during our stay!"

"Just not that this is an escape.from everyday life. There aren't any major restaurants, supermarkets or other commodities near by so walk with any snacks you may like, but the freedom of being in nature, eating local fruits on the property, being able to hear yourself think without distraction was well worth it."

"This place was great. The only issue that is both for visitors and the workers is the hills to get to the top building. Some parts are very steep and it’s hard for visitors to make it up. For the workers it’s hard whenever someone orders room service and they have to go all the way up or for the people helping with the laundry. They collect every room’s linen and then go all the way down to then come all the way back up. The good thing is that there are some taxi drivers that take visitors all the way up to their building. But that’s not every time. Other than that everything else was great, especially for the price. They also help provide a taxi service to and from the airport."

"On arrival to the guest house there was a nice 'welcome' laid out on the bed with flowers and decorative towels. On arrival the shower was dirty with hairs from the previous guest left on the tiles, floor tiles stained as the shower has a drainage issue, and the shower pressure is extremely low when set to warm, I would describe it as a drizzle of water. The toilet was also poorly cleaned on arrival, and stained. The two decorative bath towels on display for arrival were unfortunately the only bath towels provided for the first 3 nights of the stay, with the exception of a single hand towel in the bathroom. Nobody attended to clean the room, change the bath towels or bedding for the first 3 nights and when they did, it was only after us raising this as unsatisfactory. This was also the case with the bath mat as no spares were provided in the room. When staff did arrive to clean the room they did not empty the kitchen bin or bathroom bin, we did this ourselves when we realised after they left. Staff were reluctant to provide extra towels or to change the room towels daily. Amenities provided were minimal - x2 small bars of soap for the bathroom, x2 toothbrushes but no toothpaste / miniature shower gel etc. Tea bags were provided but no sugar or milk etc. The pool was uncleaned with debris floating in it on several days of the stay. This included fallen leaves as well as deflated pool inflatables which appeared to have been there for some time. AC was the best thing"
