Place was extremely clean and the staff were super friendly. Beds were comfortable. Only 2 pillows for a king bed, so glad we brought our own. Would stay there again!!

The staff was amazing. The owner was super sweet and very helpful. The needs were decent and not to bad. The problem was the shower. We had to ask for a curtain. Then the water pressure with hot water was non existent. It was just dribble. The only shower pressure was there if you had a cold shower.

Not a fancy place as seen by the price but it is clean with a comfortable bed and hot water. The staff is very friendly as well and willing to help when needed. Definitely one of the best low priced places to stay!

Great basic accommodations

The staff I met (assume they were the owners) were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the plumbing fixtures in the room seemed to have been recently updated. And the heat/ac unit worked better than most other places I have stayed. Absolutely would stay there again.

A bit surprised this is rated as 7* on Expedia. Exterior is updated, but rooms are old and hallway/room smelled a like stale cigarette smoke. The “fresh breakfast” was packaged donuts and coffee. Bed was comfortable and room was generally clean - except the mirror was so smeared you couldn’t see yourself (and it was still smeared after I tried cleaning it) - was like they used tire dressing or something to clean. Friendly staff.

Good place just dated

Place is really dated and the showers did not get hot only slightly warm. Staff was very polite and courteous and I appreciated that a lot. TV was tiny and lagged a lot so watching TV was rough but for the price it was worth the stay.

Peculiar, Missouri hotel

This place is clean and quiet. It's a basic room but again, it was clean, quiet and convenient for what we needed. They even let us check in early so we could get ready for an early evening wedding in Peculiar.

We only stayed here for one night because I didn't want to drive 3 hours home after a concert. The check in was really easy and the front desk was really nice. The room was good. They could have done a better job with cleaning. There were some bears trimmings left in the sink but it wasn't too much. The walls were very thin so you could hear other guests in the hotel. It woke me up one time in the night. The included "breakfast" was some hostess snack cakes. Luckily we had planned to go to Denny's right next door. The best thing about the room was the water pressure in the shower. It was glorious. It was a cheap hotel and worked for one night.

Great Property in it's price catagory

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The exterior of the building did have a little cosmetic damage, like they are possibly doing some work to it. Excellent property for my needs, at a great price. Great location for what i wanted, close to highway and gas.
