Internet was slow @first...i got no heat. I made a mistake quickly booking and end up in the smoking area.Even in the room smelt like smoke.i will never make a mistake like that again.

Sonesta White Plains Downtown
Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The TV's in the rooms should be updated to SMART tv's to be able to stream services. I was there during a major blizzard and extended my stay and channels were very limited.
