"I the parking a bit of a problem. I think there were a total of three spots left to park when I arrived. I ended up parking a long distance from the hotel entrance, which after a long day of travel was not great. The parking lot also felt under lit for someone arriving at night in the rain."

"The room is very clean. The staff are very friendly and supportive. However the breakfast was not as promised. Due to my dietary restrictions i asked to provide beef bacon instead of bacon. They haven't provide it during my 3 days stay and when i asked they always mentioned it's not available today however by tomorrow will have it .but it seems tomorrow never comes. "

"Had to ask 2 days to get a replacement coffee pot. Didn’t receive housekeeping services the first day. Had to go to the front desk to get towels . Yesterday’s housekeeper didn’t restock coffee supplies. Just inconsistencies. 24 hour coffee service in rhd lobby was good as was breakfast. "
