"We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Motto. Very clean and a fabulous little restaurant. Great location, close, but a little away from the loudness of Broadway. Rooms are small, but we knew that. Our only complaint were the blinds. They didn’t block enough light out, so bring eye masks. "

"The outside of the property was very overgrown and needed attention. There were people outside smoking on the patio (weed) and we couldn’t even sit outside. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, rooms are a bit outdated/worn. There was a very bright light shining in the room. Blinds closed but didn’t really block it, curtains wouldn’t close because they were broken. Despite having signs about quiet times it definitely was not. It was so loud. Maybe had we been in the back it would have been better....

"Staff was cold and unfriendly. The parking is $10 additional, so keep that in mind. The turn in to get to the main office was in a dangerous heavy traffic area . This location is not a safe walk to the downtown areas. The free breakfast I would suggest to skip, both myself and significant other got sick 15 mins after attempting to eat. "

"Only 1 elevator working for entire hotel. I’m happy to take stairs, but there’s not a way to get to the first floor taking stairs. The door on the first floor only goes outside and there’s a sign saying that door will alarm if you open it. It’s a fire door.
I ate breakfast there, it was a very small buffet, not much offered. The next morning I decided to eat out.
