"The staff are amazing all friendly, cheery and helpful. The hotel has a nice homely feel to it, with a mix of modern and traditional styles. The grounds are immaculate and the rooms are clean and spacious. As for the food it is delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return."

"Once again booked at Crowne Plaza and their is renovation works underway. No advance warning again. On this occasion the lifts were under service/renovation. 20 minutes waiting on lifts that were full from the floors above. I dont know what has happened to the restaurant but the meals are getting worse and this one was the worst ever experienced. The steak meal was cold, undercooked and had a skin on it from the hot plate, the other was a burger, totally inedible and certainly not worth...

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff really friendly. We tried different restaurants, all were good. The breakfast was good, everyone will find something. The gym is excellent, the pool is nice and warm, though too crowded and may be a bit small for the hotel size plus club members plus lodges. Due to the beautiful location it is complicated to get around without a car. "

" The room was generally clean and the staff were polite, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom facilities were not suitable for the room(king one bedroom suite with lounge access) toilet felt inappropriate for the space, and the shower was too small, making it uncomfortable to use. This affected the overall experience and could definitely be improved."
