"Check in was flawless. The receptionist Yazmin was wonderful. Found my old IHG Priority number and added it to my reservation. That entitled me to late check out which was great. Parking is across the street in a huge open air NCP. I was a little concerned, but it seems to have good lighting and CCTV. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff in general were all excellent. There was a brief moment of panic at noon when the fire alarm went off, but it was quickly silenced. Bedding was crisp and...

"best hotel i’ve ever been to, check in was quick and easy and the staff, who were lovely, let us check in early. the room was spacious clean and the best was so comfortable. the bar is nice and has chill vibes. then check out was quick too and very convenient to have a starbucks inside of the hotel to go and chill before leaving the hotel. didn’t get a chance to try the gym facilities but i would like to try when i inevitably return! "
