"Dirty room with blood on bed and then room moved to had a bad smell and then fire alarms go off and wake up me and my four year old and no explanation until I asked the next morning "

"I booked 2 rooms for family for graduation. I had to switch one room upon arrival because the toilet did not work. While switching rooms my wife accidentally left her curling iron. When checked with staff later in the day we were told it had been thrown away. The second room key did not work until the last day of our stay. We had to stop at the front desk each night to get it working key entry."

"The breakfast was great I had bacon, eggs, potatoes and peppers, with a biscuit. You get 2 free vouchers which was great because we only stayed one night."

"The lakeside location and the quietness was the best. Nice breakfast and great-room adjacent to pool. All very relaxing. If I ever have business through there again I'm definitely staying there. Staff were all super nice."
