"Ac didn’t work, some of remote buttons didn’t work so couldn’t press down or ok, even had to check out a day early!"

"Do NOT reserve a room here. They are crooked! I only had this room to sleep & take a shower. I used it to bresk up a very long drive. Im the kind of person that cleans up a hotel room when leaving, throwing all trash away,towels in bath tub etc. I had to leave very early next morning. In fact i was only there for 7hrs & was so tired i never even pulled back the sheets on the bed. I left around 8am & was in a hurry to get to my destination. The office was locked. The manager & her family literally live in the office & refused to open the door. I had no other choice but to leave the key in the room itself & lock the door. I was hesitant to do so because i prefer to hand the room key to an individual, but itvwas vital that i get on the road. I even calledvback to confuirm that they got the key. She accused me of having a dig in the room which i absolutely dud not. I hav dogs at home but they were not w me. I slept for few hrs,git up took a shower & left. She chsrged me $25 for pet fee & keot my $100 depodit. I am livif"

"Staff was awesome. The hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Only complaint is the pool was a little cold. But me and the kids still had fun."
