Nice room with whirlpool tub. Nice zucchini muffin, Chobani yogurt, and fruit with coffee. Next to Billies Creek Village.

It’s an older property that will be renovated in the next year. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a good base to explore the Covered Bridge Festival.

The Inn was recently bought out. Expecting major improvements for next year. The new manager was awesome

We were in and out pretty quickly, it was just a place to crash for a few hours. It's an older place but clean enough. I do think it was a little overpriced. Staff was very nice.

Rooms could have been cleaner , counters could have been wiped down , there was no breakfast to speak of , we were told that the breakfast was somewhat of a full amenity, there were only small bag donuts that you get at the grocery store and it wasnt very many of them and coffee , no sugar or cream , That's it ! The bed was nice and comfortable , clean sheets and no bugs !

The property was just purchased by new owners who were wonderful. Their plans are to close it this fall, renovate the entire property and reopen next spring. Once this property reopens it'll be an incredible property in the best location. Would definitely be my choice in 2027!!!!!!

The staff were great, helpful and generous throughout our stay. The hotel is on the older side, so you will need to be okay with a little wear and tear around the edges. The pool is not operational, so that was a bit of a bummer for our son but Billie Creek Village is a 2 minute walk, so that made up for it. Parking is plentiful. We traveled from Montana to attend Bridge Festival. Being able to walk to Billie Creek and catch the free ride to downtown Rockville made our enjoyment of Bridge Festival all that much more since we did not have to deal with traffic and parking throughout the day.

We had a room next to mechanical room right on the other side of the wall was a very large electrical transformer which has a very loud hum all the time, definitely need ear plugs to sleep

The only thing this place has going for it, is the location. Right across from Billy Creek Village. This was during the covered bridge festival. Rockville is maybe 2 miles down the road. The bathroom was filthy! The chair had big rips in it. The pillows were flat. It is a very old and run down place. Rust every where. Would never stay here again. The lady at the front desk was nice.

Located near a restaurant. Continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal and mini donuts. A/C didn't work correctly. Lots of rust in bathroom. Would not stay here again.

The staff was incredible, but the accommodations are in dire need of upgrading. We did not have hot water for showers, and the bathroom was full of mold and rust on all the fixtures. The rooms were large, but you also heard every single conversation from neighbors next to you and above you on the second floor. The pool had green water, with cleaning gear around and inside it. The towels were a dingy white and did not absorb much.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was a little lacking. I don't know if I would even call it a breakfast but the location was convenient.

This is an older, dated property at a reasonable price point. My room was clean and included a microwave and mini fridge. What it offers is LOCATION. Just outside Rockville in the middle of Parke County. Covered bridge capital of Indiana and probably the whole US. Skip the mini-donuts at the motel and go to Benjamin’s for breakfast, only 2 minutes away. When you’re done exploring for the day, Thirty-Six Saloon is a great place for supper and 3 minutes away.

This is an old hotel but had clean bathroom and beds. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioner was noisy but it was so hot that we were grateful for it. The rooms are nice size. They plan to remodel so hopefully will improve. The tub and sink had no stoppers so you can see the hair clogged in the drains. The price is fair for what you get. They desperately need outside lighting. None in parking lot and none on front of building so very dark trying to find the walkway at night. We needed our phone flashlights.
