"The check-in process and front desk employees were excellent. The lobby was well decorated and looked nice. However, the food was terrible (pizza and smith island cake), bar service two thumbs down—slower than slow, unaccommodating, and not customer friendly at all. The room was okay but dated. "It was far from any shopping, and nowhere near a supermarket....so guests were basically sequestered there unless they had a car. "

"The room was clean and the pool is nice. The breakfast was kind of cold, the water in the shower took a long time to get hot, the toilet kept running so we had to keep taking the lid of the back off the toilet to fix it every time we flushed "

"My stay was nice and quiet. Room was clean and neat. I didn’t take advantage of breakfast, I was in town for a college graduation, so my schedule was pretty full. Definitely good for a quick trip alone."

"The hotel was good but seemed to be under staffed. The receptionist had to do few things at the same time. Our room was not serviced for few days again due to lack of people. Location was relatively close to metro line so we could go to Washington and see the monuments and museums."

"It would help to dust the bathroom before guest arrive. Our bathroom shower was super dusty and there was food left behind in the mini fridge and a bitten apple under the chair"

"I don’t typically stay at this location while in College Park, but reserved here as my normal hotel was booked due to graduation. I was hesitant because of SOME of the reviews, so I wanted to leave mine to say that I definitely would stay here again, without hesitation . It was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast good with plenty of seating in the dining area. No issues whatsoever."

"At arrival we weren’t told where room was located. We were just given the key. We later found out we had to walk to a separate wing of the hotel. Pool isn’t open - which was a bummer. Location of the property doesn’t seem the best. At night, you can hear people slamming doors (2/3am), cars speeding by."
