Not sure if there was a breakfast, the hotel was under some construction only one elevator worked and smelled like Marijuana throughout the 3rd floor so i chose not to check for breakfast. Weird thing, at check in, they have you sign a document stating that they would charge $300 if there is evidence of smoking in your room but the whole place smelled like weed. I do not smoke but the rule doesn't seem to be stopping guests. The front desk team were nice and very helpful.

Someone was able to use their hotel key to unlock my room. I was staying in room 416, and the guest from room 414 managed to open my door with their key. Afterward, they told me I should get it checked, which is very concerning—there’s no reason their key should have access to my room. You know what room you’re assigned to, so why would you be trying other people’s doors in the first place? I immediately reported it to the front desk. They claimed they took the key back from her, but I just want everyone to be aware of what happened.

Got there and was told they overbooked and we had to go somewhere else. Very rude as well and not in a good area. U should be told ahead of time if they overbook before you drive 2 hours to the location.

The staff were friendly. There is miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel as the hotel didn’t want to honor my daily breakfast as ordered from the site. The hotel was getting maintenance which is what they blamed my rooms cockroaches on. I had to change rooms because that’s just gross. Location is a little hard to handle. There’s not any food options in close proximity, best have a car.

“The night staff at the customer service desk was excellent, warm, attentive, and very welcoming. Unfortunately, the day staff felt a bit stand-offish and not as friendly; even a simple smile would make a big difference in making guests feel comfortable and valued. The breakfast was also disappointing, as it seemed to be made from frozen packets, so we opted to eat elsewhere. With some improvement in staff hospitality during the day and a better breakfast offering, this place could really elevate the guest experience.”

I will never stay at that hotel ever again found roaches in the bathroom and in the near the beds they moved just to a second room and it smelled like pot then finally the third room on the morning of checkout we found more roaches in the bathroom, it was not a good experience, but the employees were awesome
