"We stayed at the lodge in "Rustic Comfort". The bed was so comfy!! The view from our bed was beautiful! This is an older property but very clean. Our first time using digital chack in and it was a bit confusing at first. Staff responded quickly to voicemails and got us squared away with early check in and codes."

"We stop here 2 times a year the gal that runs the desk has the personality of a foot? She has worked there for several years. Also they charge way to much for the Hotel starting to get dated. I could care less about breakfast I wish they gave us a choice if you want breakfast it cost more if not cheaper. "

"Absolutely the best place we’ve ever stayed! Hated to leave after just spending 2 nights, but had to head home. Paradise in the most beautiful woodsy surroundings with stone walls, little waterfalls & pretty flowers & trees everywhere — we wished we lived there! Pristine lodge, comfy bed & pillows, large room with everything we could’ve possibly needed, & welcoming owners. Conveniently close to great restaurants, gas, bakery & downtown — gem of a place!"

"Cabin floor dirty - used a-tips, Bobby pins, etc on floor which tells us floor was not cleaned; trails are not easily accessible; felt restaurant food was priced too high. "

"found a large roach in the shower when i turned the lights on .. huge fellow and disgusting ,had to catch it before my wife would see it. i was lucky i got to the bathroom first. she hates them , terrified of them .the night manager was great , helpful"

"Clean but a little run down you can tell where some things need to be fixed the staff was great and the room was clean but you can tell the hotel does need a little fixing. The room was good clean sheets and a good place to stay for overnight as we were. Nice and quiet and other than the room need a little work it was nice. "

"Don't like giving poor reviews, but the holes in the towels pushed me over the edge. Stayed for UT graduation. (Overpaid, $900 for 3 nights, so not sure if this skews my opinion. But would have paid $300 more to stay elsewhere.) -Place is not in good condition, probably 2 star condition. Scrapes on walls from traffic throughout, hallway carpets rippled on multiple floors. Bathroom wall paper gapped and signs of mold. Needs major TLC. (Room was clean however) -Loudest hotel room ever stayed in....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RT Lodge. Staff was fantastic! They were all well put together polite and were there to help you with anything that you needed. The restaurant was delicious and had new things for us to try! The Lodge is nestled in the woods in Maryville, it was a great location that made you feel away when you were in the city."
