"The beach was a disappointment for me, very rocky and my friend poked her toe. She was taken care of by the nurse, thankful for that. We went to the ATV excursion and everyone that wanted to ride were required to have an unexpired driver’s license, hence another friend was not able to drive one. "I would not recommend this property. They are currently under construction in the main reception area. Our room was just ok, the sink was stopped up and it took 3 calls to the front desk to have someone come and fix it. Also a light fixture fell off the wall and almost hit my son in the head. We also lost power on our first night there-which also took several calls to the front desk before it was addressed. The food was just ok but expected more from a so called quality resort."

"The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the food was truly exceptional. Breakfast, which was included, was fantastic every morning and a great way to start the day. The optional dinner each evening was equally impressive, with a different menu every night and consistently excellent quality.
What truly set this property apart, however, was the hospitality. The hosts were absolutely amazing, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. I have never experienced this level of care and warmth...

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, had some issues in the room and he was quick to respond and deal with it. Made me feel at ease. Food was delicious. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Only suggestion would be have outlets checked and fix headboard. "
