The woman came off like she was wanting us to pay even more than the absurd amount we already paid. "The room design is not friendly. The living room is too much noise during the night."

"When I checked in there were dirty, used, stained bedding with hairs and makeup on sheets. I asked to have them changed and front desk said the housekeeping were notified and would be changing them. 2nd night same sheets on the bed, dirty unsanitary sheets still on the bed. I notified front desk again and that was the only thing I got sorry."
