"Checkin was efficiently done by the most helpful male receptionist. The room was well thought out and had everything you could need, although possibly a little basic. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and was very nice. I did think £30 extra for my dog was a little excessive as they don't provide anything extra for this. The location of the hotel is a short walk to Bicester Village. I would stay here again to visit the outlet village, or surrounding area."

"Parking was great staff was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We had too change rooms though but it was no hassle at all as they went beyond their selves too help new owners only 1 month alot still too be done but food was exceptional "

"Clean and tidy room, good breakfast, not crowded when we stayed (April 8). Overall very good service. However at 10:38 someone started knocking the door of my room. It was cleaning staff. They opened it despite me being in the room with 2 keys from it. I told that I’m planning to stay until 11 AM which is my check-out time. It repeated second time in 5 minutes. Another lady knocked and opened the room. They did it to other rooms on the floor as I’ve heard them doing it. I was taking shower, so...

"My family of 4 stayed here for 1 night as we were attending a wedding at Stowe House. The room was perfect for our family and huge. Breakfast and the communication from staff was perfect. Many thanks"

"The lady who greeted us and bar staff were very polite and friendly. Food was excellent. Room were ok, not in our opinion boutique, but quirky.Yes the beds are very squeaky. Rooms could possibly could benefit from a little TLC. Saying that the price and location to Bicester village was the reason we booked.The only other thing is the confusion over breakfast included. This could be an error of the hotel or the website. Nether the less, breakfast is not included. "

"The property definitely has the WOW factor in terms of location and access to the Silverstone facilities. However dont go with any expectation of self catering, minimal facilities which dont include a basic toaster and less than adequate utensils. It appears there’s an assumption that you will eat at the restaurant which looks incredible but quite costly if there for evening meal and breakfast!"

"Booked on a last minute whim for a trip to the theatre in Aylesbury. Fantastic place - super friendly staff, high quality accommodation with a few extra nice touches on top. The breakfast was genuinely amongst the very best I’ve ever been served. Highly recommended place to stay."
