"Such a home feeling environment! Great price, amazing location with tons of shops at walking distance. Not luxury but descent for budget travelers. The only thing that was kind of disappointing was the fact that there’s a bar next door and music was too loud. Staff was very friendly and polite!"

"The room felt clean, it would have been nice if they turned the AC for us before we arrived in summer it was hot the first few hours, but after that it was pleasant. The pictures of the breakfast over sold the actual breakfast it was limited. But it was comfortable with bedding and the location was good for us to get around to where we needed. A couple of spots nearby the hotel"

"Hotel was clean and staff was very kind and welcoming. However the amenities at the hotel were meh. For example, no mini fridge in the room, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Luckily I pack my own but geez it’s an Omni Hotel! We are a family of 4 and there was only sets of 2s, for instance 2 towels, we had to call each night for additional towels and coffee since they only stocked it the first day. It’s also the World Cup, they have a wonderful pool and outside area but it wasn’t staffed....

"Balcony railing broke on the 26th floor. Window leaked and suitcases were soaked when we went to leave and check out. Used wrong Hilton Honors account. Overall the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!"

"La amabilidad del personal es muy buena. El servicio de los elevadores es muy bueno. Lo malo es el estado del cuarto y sobre todo el baño. Los WC son modelos de 1950 para personas de corta estatura y aunque han remodelado los baños, los WC son arcaicos.
El personal de mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. No funcionaba la caja fuerte de mi cuarto cuando llegamos y lo reporté inmediatamente a las 8 PM. Me dijeron que mandarían a alguien y hasta las 10, nadie llegó. Puse el letrero de "no molestar"...

"This was our first time staying here and we loved it so much! As soon as we drove up, the outdoor staff were so attentive and the front desk staff were also very friendly! They upgraded our room complimentary and it had such a beautiful view! The property is so nice and clean and our kids enjoyed the pool with the slide! Loved the amenities and how clean everything is! Will definitely be staying here again! Great location with beautiful scenery and easy parking!"

"Overall the hotel was clean, the staff was courteous and the amenities ok but we had a room facing the highway and couldn't sleep. The staff offered ear plugs the second night and that helped somewhat.
The location did provide easy access to major highways."

"Location was perfect. Rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful and kind in person. However, tried to reach them by phone multiple times before check-in, and never picked up. Once in the hotel, I tried to reach them by phone again to get more towels and they didnt pick up. I had to go downstairs to ask for more towels, which were sent to my room 3hrs later."
