"The staff was very friendly and very helpful, because we put "do not disturb" sign outside the door so they even left us a note saying they would help if we need anything, and I find it very caring and helpful, and the room was very clean and smell very fresh and nice, definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and me and my girlfriend I'll definitely come back!!"

"Basic single room, stayed 3 nights , I was very lucky in getting parking space at front of hotel as this is very limited. Owner friendly and showed me to room. I stayed on a business trip so unable to comment on Yarmouth itself . Bit of street noise sometimes in evenings . If you're looking for budget price hotel , it's basic but clean and comfortable, no complaints ."

"A great room in an excellent location minutes away from the sea. It's a two minute walk to the seafront, restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc. Despite the excitement location, it's on a quiet street. Check in was simple and smooth thanks to clear instructions. Highly recommended. Thank you."
