"Great town to base yourself we stayed there for 8 years so we know this . The guest house is beautiful back from the road so very peaceful. The hosts are so lovely and welcoming. The room we had was a small double and it was immaculate,clean and had everything you need . Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty to eat . You won’t be disappointed "

"This was a very cute little inn above the pub! That definitely gave the stay character, unfortunately it meant the noise could be heard from the pub below. This really wasn't a major problem though, as around 10:00 pm it was all but quite. The property is very convenient and right in the down town! The staff were fantastic! Very helpful and made us feel welcomed!"

"Apex is a beautiful hotel with some of the best people in hospitality. They ensured that our experience was wonderful. In particular we travelled a distance but got there early. The Front Desk receptionist was, nevertheless, able to get us in a room. It was so appreciated! And the experience only got better. I highly recommend."

"Beautiful grounds and location !!! The hotel inside needs updating screams for a makeover , it’s smelly : like damp / mould the carpets are old and dirty but the decor is nice and has the potential to be massively improved , the outside is not reflected inside like they are 2 different properties . Staff all nice and friendly , pool could do with some loungers as there are only 4 to be shared by all families how ? Also the amount of chemicals used in the pool area made our eyes sting and was...

"A very welcoming hotel with a wonderful view of the Loch, which our bedroom looked out on. All in all an excellent place to stay though I felt the full Scottish breakfast a little pricey at an additional £18.99 Can certainly recommend though."

"Spent the weekend here as a group for my sisters hen weekend. The photographs don’t do the facility justice. The house was amazing with so much character!! The staircase, aga and fire were fantastic!! Set in such a peaceful space with excellent grounds for kids and big ‘kids’ to play games. Plenty of space and rooms were an amazing size and comfortable! Would def book again for a large group activity weekend!! "
