"Let’s start here …EXCEPTIONAL STAYS ARE RENEWING !! Jonathan was the best customer service rep I have EVER encountered . From our initial phone calls days before my fiancé and I arrived , I knew I had a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact to rely on during our stay . Our arrival was seamless . Although there is no airport shuttle , you can simply catch the tram directly from downstairs at the airport and it takes you to Central Park where another warm and courteous shuttle driver from the hotel will pick you up and take you safely 3 minutes down the road to your stay . Jonathan recommended safe and delicious restaurants , must see attractions and even prominent areas for nightlife . The room was cozy , cleanly and the view was to die for . I am very happy I chose to make this hotel my safe haven for a few days "

"The resort is very beautiful, and I can't say enough good about the staff. The restaurant's chef was extremely friendly and accommodating when we arrived late and it was almost (restaurant) closing time. The only complaint I have is the bed...it was comfortable enough, but the mattress is covered in some sort of plastic and the sheets were odd...almost plastic as well. Every time we'd roll over, it was like rolling around in a bunch of Walmart bags. This beautiful resort really needs to rethink their bedding... that truly was the only complaint we had for our 3-night stay!"
