"Excellent stay! We arrived later than anticipated, 4am, we were driving from Denver, and upon going to check in, there was a slight issue because of a night audit. Brandon at the front desk was amazing, he worked with us for about 30 minutes to figure out the best way to get us into our rooms so we could go to sleep. He was patient, kind, and attentive throughout the process, there was another staff involved in helping us, but I didn't catch her name, she also deserves kudos. Our stay after...
"The Roosevelt Inn is a charming place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed all the Teddy Roosevelt quotes and anecdotes posted throughout the inn. The staff was welcoming and breakfast was delicious. A big bonus is that the inn is very close to Mt Rushmore. Great stay!"
"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We especially appreciated the staff who were welcoming and considerate of our needs. Think this is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where the front desk was proactive and called to see if we needed anything. The only downside was parking is paid airport parking."
