"There are so many hotels near DIA with free parking. To charge people $16 per night to park in an uncovered lot in the middle of nowhere, is ridiculous. We’ll stay elsewhere. "

"Washed my hands in the sink when I first entered the room and none of the water went down the drain and it remained that way. Sink was totally plugged. The shower stall was stained and the fixtures were old, and flimsy. The water in the shower was luke warm.
Staff was courteous, but not readily available when I checked out around 5:55AM. "
