"Whilst we don’t get to visit as often as we’d like, we’d never stay anywhere else in Oxford. Always spotlessly clean, comfy beds and cosy rooms, can’t fault the staff whether it be reception, concierge or bar staff, this is just a really lovely hotel with good old fashioned values and customer service. The room was great and again we really appreciated the effort that the housekeeping staff went to in preparing the room especially because we were there to celebrate a birthday. Booking reservations- Tanya is amazing in sorting everything out. Nice lounge, nice staff in the gym and Spa. A relaxing stay . Great choice for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.
