"Location was great for my needs. Parking was good, but they charge an extra fee of 11.00 dollars or so for it. On site vending machines were pretty useless, as most products were sold out, almost sold out or the machines wouldn't accept the one dollar/five dollar bills needed for purchase. The room keys didn't work - wouldn't open/unlock the door to my room upon arrival, so I had to go back downstairs to the check in desk to get it straightened out. My room- especially the bathroom, was not the cleanest. The bathroom toilet seat really needed replacing, the toilet was dirty, ceramic tiles had smear marks and many chips, dings etc. The bathroom faucet had almost no water pressure. My room had two queen sized beds in it...one of the mattresses really needed to be replaced. Room was not very soundproof at all. I liked the fact that a " Moe's" Restaurant was attached to the Hotel...Staff was friendly."

"We stayed for one night, and the property was exactly as described. The breakfast selection was awesome, and the pool was great for unwinding. It’s also in a super convenient location close to shopping, movies, and local sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again"

"Was supposed to be a getaway for the kids . Booked a king suite with jacuzzi in the room . 1st issue no elevator in site , the whole hall where our room was located was under ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION. Meaning while we’re trying to relax we hear drills saws workers etc. than the room was clean but dusty and the under under bed topper had a stain of dried blood . Up until this point it was still OK but after about an hour of sitting and listening to construction we smelled sewer.. and it was strong. When speaking to the night desk agent he was very accommodating like it really didn’t matter whether or not we were smelling sewer because ““ it was nothing he can do about it after speaking to my husband and several hours later we were offered either 50$ or to move to a new room . By that time we were completely spent and just took the 50$ off. When checking out the new desk agent said I had an unpaid balance of 5$ from where? He didn’t know and neither did it ."
