"The room was spectacular very clean with a spacious mini fridge and large balcony. The breakfast buffet was tasty and our last day we even received an à la cart breakfast. The saunas and outdoor hot tub were lovely. Overall a 10/10 stay! "

"The service is outstanding and the food/drinks quality is superior.
I am always very happy with the welcome reception from the concierge.
Everyone does their job so well and happily and we look forward each year to returning to Whiteoaks. The food is well prepared and the helpings are large.
We love this hotel and it’s a great weekend away from home.

"The hotel is very chaotic when you enter.
There is no staff and you cannot call room service or the front desk at any time. They connect you to ai then from ai they connect you to a call center in Orlando. They never connect you to anyone who works there at anytime and it makes asking for fresh towels or even a simple coffee impossible.
I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Room was clean. The pool was taken over by kids and the hot tub didn't work. Le Jefe was excellent with service and food. The margaritas were great. Kids loud in the hallway yet at 11:30-12:00."
