"The actual stay was great. The room was very clean and I was very happy with the accommodation. My only feedback was the parking situation. Check-in, I asked about parking, I was not given very much direction as to what was available in the area. I drove around for a long time and eventually asked ChatGPT about the closest parking. There was parking one block away at the graduate house, part of the University of Toronto. It would’ve been so helpful had the front desk provided that information."

"We only stayed for one night, so we did not get a chance to experience all of the amenities. Unfortunately, we ran into several issues during our stay. On Saturday evening around 6:00 PM, we went to the restaurant and were given menus. After a few minutes, we were ready to order, but when the waitress returned, she apologized and told us they were out of everything on the menu.
