"Everything was good except for not having access to the outdoor space. When we were booking the hotel the outdoor area was one of the reasons the pulled us to stay there. It was not stated that it was unavailable for the season. The pool being closed i get it, but the rest that was featured in the photos was also off limits, the outdoor tents and the grass area. "

"It is a great and beautiful hotel! The tap water in the bathroom is a little bit small and there are no hangers in the bathroom. Not a big deal, but the improvement would make the hotel experience perfect."

"We had booked the lake view king suite room which the view was not great. When we got into the room it was very hot and we tried to turn the ac on but the air blowing out was still hot. Definitely would not book there again "

"I had a really great stay at LIVN Millennium Park. The location honestly couldn’t be better and made getting around the city super easy. The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. "Excellent room, well designed and spacious"

"Great hotel for the price. Our room was clean, had a comfy bed, and was quite large with a king size bed. There were limited ammenities at the hotel, but good food and coffee was a quick walk away. We really enjoyed the Jazz Showcase (2 blocks) and the neighborhood wine bar (2 blocks)."
