"We paid downtown view and receptionist manager gave us different downgrade room for same price. Rooms too small and gave us handicap room. Not what we expected for the price."

"Great check-in and good value for money. We had a huge room with high ceilings and an amazing view of the water, marina, museums. Staff were all super friendly, warm and helpful. A little dilapidated due to its history but we understand the hotel is slowly getting renovated. Would recommend."

"Rooms are on the small side, but are clean. There are a few games to play in the lobby, and a few places to eat. Didn't realize I had to put down $100 deposit per night, so that did eat into our budget. The pool and hot tub had to have a reservation, so we were not able to use them. Great location!"
