"This team never ceases to amaze me! Exceptional service is what stands out about the Premier Hotel ICC. From the front desk, Bradley who heads up Guest Relations, Pumla and Anita at the bar/restaurant and the whole hospitality team. This hotel feels like home because of the friendly and effective team. "What an amazing place, Mpongo Premier Game Reserve is the best. The Manager Pieter made sure that our stay is pleasant. From Reception the welcoming was excellent. Johannes the Ranger gave us tutorials about the Game Reserve thank you very much. The food was wonderful Breakfast was exquisite "
