"The check-in process is wonderful. Everyone is, especially the waitress at the 23 North (Hilton) restaurant. She's fabulous and professional. She made us feel good. The barbecue guys are also nice and very kind to us. And most importantly, the room was very clean 💯% and the girl was very nice. I love that place. "We loved that we had a restaurant on site. The pool and beach were nice. Good central location. "

"This is a place to put your head down and that's about it. Small cottage that has many miles on it. Beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable. Blanket consisted of a sleeping bag. Showers backed up into the tub. Air conditioner leaked onto the living room floor. It rained hard while we were there. had some time where we could not go anywhere. TV is broken. Looks like the coax cable was yanked out of the back. Back window was broken with a piece of plastic and tape over it. One...

"Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come."
