"Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem. "Toilet wasn't clogged but wouldn't flush right our main door had a half inch gap in the corner of it had to put a towel in front of it to keep the bugs out air conditioner worked but looked like it was falling out of the wall . Called and asked staff for wash cloths said they were being washed went to the front desk later in the day lady wrote down the room number said they would take some up later never seen them . View of the bay was great pool was nice."
