"The check in was seamless, the property is pristine outside and inside. The place was a pleasant atmosphere and air. The staff was so experienced with the check in process we were able to be in our room within 10 minutes of check in, and we were on 3rd floor. The view from our room is spectacular. "

"The hotel was clean and modern. The room was comfortable and quiet. We ate at the restaurant 3 times (breakfast twice, dinner once),and the food was always good. The location is good if you want to walk around Old Port. We definitely got our steps in! My only issue was the pillows... we don't like flat down pillows, so it would be nice to have some different options in the rooms. Other than that, we have no complaints! The ice/water refill machine near the elevator was especially handy. "
