"Even though the room was in the older wing it was completely updated. The bed was extremely comfortable and linens were good quality. The ensuite was huge, almost as large as the main room with soaker tub, roomy walk-in shower sink and toilet and towel warmers. Good mirror and well lit.
The bed was queen sized and the TV was sizable. Desk and dresser. Really pretty nice.
I arrived early and the young man at reception was mainly concerned about the proper check-in time and couldn’t be bothered...

"Wow! We loved this hotel! The location, the size of the room, the friendliness of the staff, the ambiance and vibe! The lobby is a thriving epicenter abuzz with local, young, professional, remote workers on their laptops and ear buds taking up almost all the couches, chairs and tables in the extra large space. Then come end of the workday, the bar was abuzz with the young professionals enjoying their pints together. It made for a fun local (not touristy) atmosphere! The staff were really helpful...
"3rd time staying at this hotel, and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The minute you walk in the door you are met by welcoming staff. Our room type wasn’t correct upon check in, had requested a twin but were allocated a king however this was quickly rectified. Room and facilities perfect. We dined in the Primo Bar on our first night. Menu and food choices were great. All in all I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, as it’s so convenient for discovering central Westminster area on foot or by bus....
