"Das Hotel liegt zentral und man bekommt was benötigt wird. Ich finde das Zimmer ziemlich klein aber das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"We had a water leak in our room and were moved to a small room that had a very loud ventilation device outside of our room the last couple of days we were there. The room was definitely downgraded!"

The wardrobe wasn’t tall enough for my maxi dresses but i was able to hang them on the outside which was fine. Plenty of hangers. Gorgeous cake and cookies in room on arrival. "This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it could have been smoother. We weren’t given the room type we’d booked. It was sorted but trouble not needed. Would recommend not having a garden room as it’s much noisier. Terrace bar was lovely. "

"Property is very well located and they offered a complimentary continental breakfast which was a nice touch. We were located in a family room on the lower ground which was upgrade from the triple room we had booked. Room was nice but the noise from the hotel guests in rooms above was meant we hardly slept. Other than that couldn’t fault it."

"Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. "
