"The hotel is extremely clean and the staff very friendly and the rooms very clean. It was more than I expected to be. The food from room service is quiere good and the prices reasonable. "My husband and I paid for our daughter and two of her friends to stay at the Ned. The girls enjoyed their evening however the woman at reception had been extremely rude and obnoxious. She had told my daughter that she was not to drink as technically she was not 18 because her birthday is a leap year! Most of us would think that a joke however she was deadly serious and continued with her rudeness. Another staff member seemed to note this and came to the girls rescue.
