"I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable—I slept wonderfully. The amenities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the free breakfast, which was high quality and delicious. The only downside was that my room was located right next to a door leading from the main lobby to the rooms, so I could hear every time someone opened or closed it."

"Reasonable hotel with a good location. It was clean, staff was friendly and property was in good condition however pick-up rides for Uber/Taxis are not the best because there is always a car that's double-parked/on top of the walking path-sidewalk and no vehicle can go in or out without problems. Ubers especially can't ever find the location. The parking attendant don't help to rush the drivers who are illegally parked. Otherwise, it is an above average American type of hotel; don't expect to...

"Excellent location if arriving by train at Kings Cross but also very quiet inside the hotel. The rooms and furnishings are beautiful and the breakfast room is a delight as was the food itself. The hotel does have an unusual layout though, some of the side lounges look lovely but aren’t very accessible, I’d have liked to see drinks served in those areas from the posh cocktail bar but it didn’t seem to be open: maybe you can but nobody told us? Misses a grand / central lobby. We didn’t use the...
