"Brand new hotel with amazing staff who actually seem happy to help. The rooms are clean, smart, look nice and come equipped with everything. Great location as we were going to the O2 for a concert. Amazing restaurants all around. And it felt safe and quiet. If you’re staying in Canary Wharf, it’s definitely worth booking here!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is not in great shape. It is clearly an older building and hotel. Bed was not comfy, room did not feel clean, noise insulation was terrible. Would not recommend! Not worth it."

Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. "The room is very small but had a window (opened(!) a crack) and overlooked the park across the street. I stayed in The Roost which was a perfect size for me; a solo traveller. The front desk staff was helpful upon check-in and assisted with the “keyless” entry. Please be aware that seniors need a little extra time to process the technology! The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly.
