"The rooms look lovely on the surface, but the majority of surfaces were stained and quite scratched up. Would not trust putting items on the stained velvet chairs. More hooks to hang items are needed, one hook to hang towels makes no sense. The towel warmer was hardly large enough for one hand towel. The toilet seat moved every time you sat down. Check out was at 11am, at about 9:50am I heard keys outside the door and someone from the staff was trying to come inside. Unacceptable."

"The hotel room is truly small; larger people would have difficulty fitting between the wall and the bed to get in and out of bed. Good things about the room: nice quality sheets, pod-type coffee maker, tea kettle and refrigerator. The shower was much better than many in England and Europe, that is, it had a real door that closed so that water didn't splash on the bathroom floor!
