Hotel Dekat Great Blue Heron Lake

"I liked the spacious clean rooms and convenient location."

"The room was overall pretty clean. But the water from the shower was yellow and the drain wasn’t working properly so it would fill up while we showered and it was like a yellow color of water pooling up. The pool was completely useless they were having work done and the outdoor amenities were not as pictured. If you’re just passing through it’s fine for a night or two. I stayed for a week and couldn’t use the pool one time. There was also a terrible smell in the elevators and hallways. Breakfast...

"Very nice ,clean , all the emennities that I need were available. Friendly staffs . GreT room ."

"Very close to the MIA airport and Dolphin Mall. Free shuttle offered to nearby supermarket, restaurants etc. Beautiful views. Heated pool. Quiet property. Well-maintained. Fully equipped kitchen. Really felt like a luxury home. My only challenge was the daily parking rate was a bit prohibitive, for me. Otherwise though, I absolutely loved the place. I wanna go back NOW!"

"Very clean rooms, property is well maintained and staff is always courteous and helpful."

"No one really spoke English it was hard to ask questions only the bartender and the night hostess knew how to speak English well enough to understand what we asked we reserved our suite 3 months in advance and when we arrived they didn’t have a suite for us they had to move us to the element next door for our stay we stayed for a entire week and for that entire week we did not feel welcome by the staff the only person who was nice to us was the bartender me and my wife would never stay there...

"Overall stay was good. Wish the rooms had trash bags, but overall good hotel."

"I can’t say anything negative about the place but I am very easily pleased and appreciative, though with that said, all on and around the property was well maintained, staff communicated with respect and were quite helpful to answer questions and elaborate on things I needed more info on. Very lovely, rooms are great, welcoming and comfortable which is the most important thing to me. So, thanks to everyone."

"Room was nice and clean. Pool was decent and clean. Breakfast was decent. Front desk lady was rather irritating to deal with but the guy overnight was friendly and helpful and informative. They also provide airport shuttle which is HUGE! Would recommend. Only problem is theres not a whole lot to do in the area so you gotta Uber or taxi around to areas with more activities. La Birra Burger bar is within walking distance and it was fabulous!"
