"We had a good stay during our layover in Miami. The shuttle was able to pick us up to and from the hotel. The drivers were both of good character. The room was decent, needed attention at the bathroom door. Breakfast was great, having a good selection for continental breakfast. This hotel also has a nice pool, right depth on one end for younger children, and also appealing for adults. There are no restaurants near this location. They are at about 10 minutes away."

"My experience at Sonesta was very disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait several minutes before anyone showed up. The employee who assisted us, Luis, was rude and unprofessional. The first room assigned to us had a strong unpleasant odor. When I politely explained my concerns and requested a different room, Luis simply walked away without saying anything. I had to ask where he was going, and he responded rudely that he was going to show me another...

"My biggest complaint was the floor in the room was vinyl or laminate instead of carpet which meant I heard almost every footstep people in the room above me. The thermostat on the wall also didn’t work and the temp was set to 62 and it took about 20 minutes to figure out I had to adjust the temp on the wall AC unit itself instead of the thermostat. The dining room was nice besides the fact that they used styrofoam plates instead of actual plates. The food was good and a decent selection. All...

"Airport shuttle was great. Rooms were very spacious and breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve seen. The 10th floor bar/lounge area was a welcomed surprise as well as how easy it was to walk to nearby restaurants. Would stay here again."
