"Rooms were run down with the paint peeling off the walls. The shower had a hole in the ceiling. We had no soap in the room when we arrived. The hot tub and game room were closed with no explanation. The whole bottom floor smelled like smoke. "

"Rooms are nice, modern, and clean with good views at the higher levels. Only issue I had with the room was at 5am both tvs turned on by themselves at full volume blasting an announcement by Trump. I thought it was the neighbor's tv and then eventually turned the main tv off after about 15m. The sound kept coming and it was not for another 30m that I realized the tv in the bathroom was also on. Not sure why this happened but it was certainly sleep disrupting. I did not find many desirable food options for the price and eventually settled on something that was unimpressive to say the least. I am coming from San Francisco so maybe I am just too much of a food snob for Reno? Overall, I would say average compared to Vegas casinos. If the tv issue did not occur I would recommend this place as a hotel. "

"Rooms are updated and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The walk to the parking garage is so much easier than the other hotels on the Row. "

"Great rooms, offer multiple views of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice hot shower. Only wish they had microwaves in the rooms for those late night left offer dinners to warm up. Overall 5 stars. Will return for future visits."

"No airport shuttle. No ice bucket or ice machine anywhere. Room amenities were sparse compared to other properties I’ve stayed. Just shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Luckily I brought makeup remover, cotton pads and Q-tips with me. The mini fridge was stocked full of sugary snacks, soft drinks, water (not complimentary) and Red Bull. There was a Nespresso machine, but I have no idea if it was free. While the room was nice, the giant spots throughout the hotel were a huge distraction. "
