"We arrived around 3 PM during rush hour, and the check-in process was extremely chaotic. Traveling with parents over 80 made the situation even more challenging, especially since there was no seating available for them while we waited in a very long line.
There was no Wi-Fi accessible in the lobby, which added to the inconvenience. I asked the bellman for assistance, but he mentioned he was waiting on another guest, despite being seated behind the desk at the time.
The elevators were another major issue—it took over 30 minutes just to reach our room, and the building felt uncomfortably hot throughout. There was also no room service available, which made it difficult for my parents to get a proper meal after a long day of traveling. The food we were able to get was mediocre at best.
This was our first visit, and we only needed two rooms for a quick overnight stay while passing through. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for those traveling with elderly family members. It truly felt like a “you get what you pay for” situation.
This will be our first and last time staying at this property. It’s unfortunate, as the hotel we originally wanted was sold out."
