"The staff at the hotel was very nice and very helpful. The hotel itself is OK but very dated. The bed was comfortable, but they have these mini pillows that I was not a fan of. The temperature in the room was also hard to regulate. We took a long walk around the hotel over to Whole Foods and the area surrounding the hotel seemed worn out. A lot of empty buildings. There is a McDonalds next door with a sketchy looking security guard. This was not an expensive stay and was just a stop on our way out of town, but as much as I wanted to like the hotel, I would not return,"

"Super good vacation the only bad thing is the hot tub closes at nine. This is my first time in Reno. I don’t drink so it just seemed like a really dirty little town but if you’re a gambling and you’re a drinker, this would be a great place to go. The food in the hotel was amazing. We ate out a few of the restaurants. I was there for a wedding and I did the brides Photography inside the hotel which was awesome most hotel casinos won’t let you however this sunset just don’t do any room rooms with machines. I would stay there again."

"I stayed there 2 nights I couldn’t sleep nothing. The mattress are very hard. The swimming pool was clean and warm the was the best from my stayed. "

"This property is old and needs to be refurbished. The entire 1st floor smells of smoke from the casino that adjoins the lobby. The only good thing about my stay was the staff was great."
