Travel to Great Barrier Reef

5 days 4 nights stay and i had to call everyday for someone to come unclog the bathroom shower. And no one came the first two days. And i was only able to take 10 minutes shower before i had to get out bc the shower would get full. And i did not wash my hair once bc i fear i would be left with shampoo in my hair due to me having to get out before the shower over-flooded. Which resulted in me not using the pool bc i wouldnt be able to wash my hair. Either then this the stay was okay.

We ended up staying here unexpectedly for several nights after the A/C went out at our house during the Las Vegas heat, and overall it turned into a really good stay. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa and were very happy with it. It was comfortable, had plenty of space, and felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room. The amenities were also very nice and gave us a chance to actually enjoy ourselves despite the reason we were there in the first place. What started out as an inconvenient situation ended up being a much more enjoyable stay than we expected. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for a longer stay where having the extra space and amenities makes a difference.

Staff were helpful and responded quickly to my comments. Room was clean.

For the amount you’re paying for you would expect more but the rooms seem like it hasn’t been updated, some things in the hotel were closed, the food from the cafe was not the best. And I don’t understand why you have to pay for parking when you’re staying at there hotel, the food there already cost so much. I have stayed at a more expensive hotel and parking was included, lots of variety of food from budget friendly to expensive and the staff go above and beyond
