If you want to experience a motel stay with new york city prices this is the place to go. The warm and helpful staff are literally the only good thing about this place and I can’t imagine how much they have to deal with due to the decaying features of this hotel. Had to move rooms 3 times and luckily the staff was understanding but every time we went up to the desk we could hear other guest with similar complaints. The only thing that will fix this hotel is a total gut and remodel, and it’s sad because it’s a wonderful location, but with nyc transportation don’t waste your money you can find much cheaper and nicer places than this in the city. Overpriced and Under cared for.

"This property is spacious and nicely located along the 4 Mile Beach, but it is not easily walkable to the town nor any restaurants nearby. The facilities/pools seemed like they could use a deep cleaning although our room seemed to be updated and clean. The restaurants on site are quite good."
