"I feel this inn needs a major makeover. Yes the view is spectacular and the large porch nice, but I found the staff very lackluster starting with the check-in process. There is no elevator and she did not offer bellman assistance. Then the female bartender was unfriendly and she acted like it was an imposition for me to ask for two drinks. The rooms were large. TV small. No hooks on back of bathroom door nor ample space to put a toiletry case.
The room was clean. Kudos to housekeeping. ...
"The hotel was spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, location perfect for what we needed, beds were comfortable, appreciated the water & cider in the lobby. Extremely comfortable hotel. Most Hampton Inns are reliably high quality and well thought out to foresee guest needs. I highly recommend this location! Thanks for a great stay!"
"Nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast was subpar but ok. The lady who was working the front desk was also house keeping and she was stretched thin but did a fabulous job with minimal wait addressing all the customers. The room was clean and perfect temperature with an amazingly comfortable bed and black out blinds!"

"This is my second stay at this hotel and both times the staff was very helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable, clean and relaxing to stay in. If you are visiting Pittsburgh consider staying here. It may be a little distance from Pittsburgh but well worth it."
