Hotel berdekatan Graymoor - The Holy Mountain

"Clean Facility"

"We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Subject: Request for a Full Refund Due to Hotel Service Failures We were very excited about our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience and were forced to cancel our stay because the hotel was not properly operating. Here is what happened: 1. Serious staff shortage and delayed check-in I had already completed the early check-in online. The website said we only needed to pick up our room key when we arrived. However, when we arrived, there was a very long...

"Fantastic room. The property is still very new and any issues were very minor."

"This property was beautiful!! Everything was clean and thoughtful, breakfast was homemade, with options from the staff. Staff were lovely, so friendly. Roy, the golden retriever was a cutie!! :)"

"This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was not cleaned before we checked in: • Sheets were left on the floor. • Cobwebs covered the walls and ceilings. • Cigarette butts were sitting in the toilet and burnt into the comforter. • The smoke detector was covered with tape (a major fire hazard). • The door lock was broken, making us feel unsafe. When we brought these issues to the front desk, the staff was rude and unhelpful. We checked out immediately and would never...

"They lost my reservation, and wouldn’t work with Expedia for the miscommunication. Something was wrong with their system… and Expedia is also to blame… We had to find our own way. Just terrible on both ends…. We paid for this month’s in advance. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here… its a gamble."

"The room was not at all like the pictures. First room we were placed in was over a liquor store, which was not explained on expedia. The room smelled terrible. There was a hole in the wall, dead bugs smushed into the walls, cobwebs in the corners that tangled so far down. Went down to the front desk and asked for another room. The second room was just as bad. the door didnt open the whole way because the bed was in the way. Didn't feel safe enough to stay."

"It was a decent place to stay overnight at a reasonable price,"

"With our initial room smelling of mildew, the second one was no better, the AC worked when it wanted to, mind you it was literally freezing temperatures the night we stayed. The light were inconsistent, through out the room, with outlets being painted over completely, so we only had one working outlet. The fridge in the room still had leftovers from previous visitors and who knows how long it actually was there for. The bathroom was a different beast the windows had glued on paper to cover it so...
