"The breakfast was horrible and Sunday there was no coffee or many choices for breakfast.
No one mentioned the pool was under renovations and the hallways and outside the building ( beer cans everywhere) were filthy.
The staff at night seemed very lackadaisical, I’m not sure if this review really matters, but I feel like I deserve a partial refund."

"I booked about a month ahead of our stay only to arrive and have the front desk say they didn’t have a room. Never has this happened to me before. I was told of course that I wouldn’t be charged, only to wake up at a different hotel to see the charges on my card. It took a few days of calling to have the manager reverse the charges. I really hope this is not the standard so be prepared to take a gamble booking here!"

"When checked in we went to room to find it not cleaned and beds not made. The next room they gave us the AC was not working. The third room was better but sink had a slow drain. There were issues with the room phone to call front desk. Ran out of hand and shower soap."
