"Absolutely love this property. I visit Fresno every other week, and it has become my absolute favorite place to stay. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience during check-in on my last visit. While I was being assisted, an older staff member, an African American gentleman, on the phone behind the counter, interrupted and spoke to both the front desk associate and me in a very rude manner, using his hands to gesture for us to stop talking and telling us to be quiet. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially during what should have been a welcoming experience. I still truly enjoy this property overall, but I hope management addresses this type of behavior to ensure all guests feel respected and valued from the moment they arrive."

"We traveled to Fresno for an event and chose to stay here because the hotel provided EV chargers. Unfortunately, 2 of them were not working and 1 of them said it was in use on the app, but no one was using it. We brought it up to management and he was kind enough to help take a look and report the issue. Check in was smooth and easy. The receptionist was professional and offered friendly service. Our room was clean, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of selections and we had a wonderful stay here. Overall, we would stay here again. "

"I reserved 2 Queen beds for four people. And when I got to the hotel, hotels.com. Sent them the wrong information gave us only one Queen bed. And so we had to find a place for my kids to sleep. But the hotel took care of everything and got it sorted out even during the rodeo season when they were booked up the hilltail took care of us hotels.com. Mested things up"
