"There was smoking of marijuana going on specifically on the end we were located which permeated into the hallway on each level. The facility’s considered non smoking so that was discouraging. Beyond that it was a good stay."

"The mattresses need to be replaced! They were not comfortable at all. The staff was nice. I ask for my bathroom to be cleaned. That never happened. No breakfast meat. Over all they were very clean. And that I appreciated."

"Checked in, went to my room to find someone in the bed, tiptoed out went to front desk to let them know, they apologized several times and gave me another room. Key card didn't work 2nd night and had to go get it reactivated. Room was very clean, well stocked!! Couldn't get the bathtub to drain. Slept great!!!!"

"The beds are nearly impossible to get comfortable on and get much sleep. The swimming pool was just plain nasty. Lots of dead bugs and human hair all over. Not fit to swim in. My family would not even go in. I’ve swam in cleaner lakes. The breakfast was adequate. The rooms themselves seemed to be fairly clean, bedding was as well. I do understand it IS an economy Hotel, but, this was not even close to meeting expectations. I do not think we will be back."

"The good: pool, hot tub, breakfast and comfy bed. The bad: The room itself wasn't super clean with a couple of pieces of trash on the floor. The shower had hair from previous stay on the walls. The bottle for conditioner was empty and smashed and the one for shampoo was completely missing. (Attatched pics) I told the front desk and they gave me 3 tint bottles of shampoo/conditioner mixed. Not enough for 4 people with very long hair. She didn't refill or replace the bottles. The part if the lock...

"This is a good hotel I've stayed at before. The location is great, the rooms are nice, and I ordinarily would give it all 5s. But there are some things hotel management needs to address. First, the lobby should be clean. But it is not being cleaned regularly if at all. The floor in the lobby seating area is not swept - there are crumbs and scraps of paper all over the floor. Food scraps and cup rings on the tables are not cleaned up day after day. Second, one thing I expect from a hotel in this...

"The hotel was conveniently located near the airport after our late flight. It met our needs and was clean enough for a short stay before our drive home the next morning. I would normally choose something else, but it worked well in this situation."

"The breakfast was fresh and had an array to choose from. Staff was unfriedly, be advised housekeeping is every other day. I asked for addition toeels and was met with an attitude. I also found 2 ands in the bed sheets. "

"It was clean and current. The lights around the bathroom mirror reminded me of a hotel in Oslo. It did NOT have a free hot breakfast. I thought all courtyard marriots had that. Good place."
