For a quick inspection, the rooms were clean. The stack was incredibly friendly no continental breakfast, but they hadn’t attach restaurant so I do understand although the pricing at the restaurant was typical for attached to a hotel. The parking lot needed a lot of maintenance very rough overall your average hotel day.

Room was clean, looks like hotel had recently been renovated. Ease of checking in and out was easy. Location was right off the interstate. The outside window was covered with a haze and was unappealing, could not see outside of it. The shower had very little pressure. I get its a hotel but there was little pressure to take a shower. The bed was very big and comfy. It was a quiet hotel there was not a lot of noise. There was a pool that we did not use. They do have a restaurant that is connected We also did not use, we were there for a concert. Overall great place to stay

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. There was a lot of amenities in the area food shopping. I will definitely be staying here again if I’m ever in Iowa.

Beware of this hotel. When I booked this hotel, I was informed the hotel offered a free breakfast and it had a hot tub. Free breakfast was main reason I booked here due to traveling on a budget. Hot tub was a bonus. Both were FALSE. No hot tub and no free breakfast. The hotel is connected to a Bennigans and was told because of that they don't offer free breakfast. You can eat at the restaurant for a fee. So, if you are traveling on a budget beware of that fact. Also, we stayed 3 nights, our room was cleaned once. Staff was friendly enough, not very helpful though. Overall very disappointed. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns and were very happy with the stay, not in this case.
